We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. All payments are processed through a secure SSL encrypted connection. We do not charge processing fees or surcharges. The amount shown at checkout is the complete amount charged to your payment method. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends are processed on the next business day. The standard processing window is 1–2 business days. We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement. Carrier transit time is estimated at 3–5 business days and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from order placement. 6. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. To initiate a return, email info@seventhavenuelink.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, and the credit then takes 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
